B2B commercial manufacturing terms for custom orders and wholesale export.

1. Quotations & Order Acceptance

All quotations issued by NYC Sports Supplies are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Production commences upon receipt of deposit, approved visual artwork proof, and written size specification sign-off.

2. Sampling & Pre-Production Approvals

Custom physical samples or high-resolution digital sample photos are provided for buyer review prior to mass production. Once approved in writing, production will conform precisely to approved sample standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients warrant that all logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted for custom printing or embroidery are owned by the client or authorized for commercial use.
