Every order moves through a synchronized system designed for zero defects and rapid turnaround.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Our CAD department reviews your tech packs, color codes (Pantone), vector badges, and size distribution. We generate accurate 3D artwork proofs and full-scale paper patterns graded across all youth and adult sizing tiers.
FABRIC SELECTION & TESTING
We source premium virgin yarns and specialized technical textiles: Dry-Fit polyester, micro-mesh, heavyweight Lycra, and warp knits. Every roll undergoes shrinkage, tensile, and colorfastness testing before cutting.
PATTERN & LASER CUTTING
Using computerized cutting tables and precision laser cutters, fabric layers are cut to millimeter tolerances according to digital nesting patterns, eliminating edge fraying and ensuring identical fit across bulk quantities.
SUBLIMATION & PRINTING
Digital heat-transfer sublimation bonds eco-friendly inks directly into the polyester fibers under controlled heat and pneumatic pressure. Graphics never peel, crack, fade, or impede fabric breathability.
PRECISION STITCHING
Our workshop employs specialized heavy-duty industrial sewing machines: 4-needle flatlock machines for friction-free seams, overlock sergers for elastic jersey hems, and bar-tack machines for reinforced stress zones.
EMBELLISHMENT & EMBROIDERY
Application of tackle twill numbers, high-density 3D silicone badges, woven club patches, sponsor heat transfers, and custom neck binding with woven brand labels.
QUALITY CONTROL (100% AUDIT)
Every finished garment undergoes a 100% individual inspection against the approved spec sheet: seam strength, measurement tolerances (AQL 2.5), loose thread trimming, and color accuracy.
PACKING & FOLDING
Garments are steam-pressed, fitted with branded hangtags, neatly folded into protective individual polybags, and packaged into heavy-gauge export master cartons with moisture barrier lining.
EXPORT & SHIPPING
Consignments are customs-cleared and dispatched with full online tracking via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS Air, or ocean freight directly to your club, warehouse, or retail distribution hub.
