We only collect information necessary to fulfill manufacturing inquiries and production contracts.
2. Confidentiality of Designs & Tech Packs
All vector designs, logos, custom jersey mockups, team rosters, and proprietary tech packs provided by clients remain strictly confidential. NYC Sports Supplies will never sell, publish, or share your proprietary teamwear graphics with third parties without explicit authorization.
3. Data Security & Retention
We implement standard administrative and technical safeguards to secure uploaded design attachments and client records. Inquiries are retained for order history and reorder verification purposes only.
